LeNae Goolsby

LeNae Goolsby is a country songwriter whose work draws on love, heartbreak, and the complicated business of starting over. Her lyrics pair conversational storytelling with a willingness to say what often goes unsaid.

Inspired at thirteen by her uncle, a former RCA staff writer and successful Nashville songwriter, LeNae returned to that early ambition after building businesses, writing books, and raising a family. Those experiences now inform songs about leaving, staying, and learning to trust again.

LeNae writes the lyrics and directs the creative vision for her releases, using AI tools to help bring the recordings to life. Her catalog includes “She Gets the Words,” “Don’t Let Me Ruin This,” and “Who Told You That,” among several others.
